Covid-19 Cleaning Policy

As the way we travel and socialize has been greatly impacted by the Covid-19 virus, it has become necessary to take a different approach to our homes and guests. That's why we've updated our cleaning procedures and guidelines to demonstrate our commitment to minimizing the impact of the virus on our homes and guests.

We hope that the following instructions that we will follow during cleaning and the precautions we have taken against the Covid-19 virus will alleviate any possible concerns of our guests.

1. We use protective equipment during cleaning. This equipment includes disposable gloves and a mask. We require our cleaning team to wash their hands before and after cleaning.

2. We ventilate our homes before and after cleaning to remove chemical odor residues.

3. We placed high-alcohol hand disinfectants for our cleaning team to use when they enter the houses. We also recommend our guests to use them immediately after entering the house.

4. Our cleaning procedure includes a standard cleaning process followed by a disinfection process. Washcloths and other disposable cleaning materials used in the standard cleaning process are placed in safe bags and thrown away.

5. We warn our cleaning staff not to touch their personal belongings and faces during the cleaning process or without washing their hands.

6. We use disinfectant products that are approved by the Ministry of Health and have at least 70 percent alcohol content. We pay particular attention to the cleaning of frequently used areas and items at home, such as light switches, countertops and other surfaces, door handles, remote controls and faucets, to protect against the virus.

7. We provide towels and bed linen for our guests. These towels and bed linens are carefully changed before and after booking and are dry cleaned. In particular, we wash it at high temperatures to maximize the hygiene level.

8. Non-disposable cleaning equipment is maintained regularly and is disinfected and stored after cleaning.

9. We use waste bags for our trash cans and ask our guests to use them during their visit.
